What a Job-Ready site does.

Six things every Job-Ready Website has, written into your agreement before the build starts.

  1. Call, Text a photo, Estimate.

Three buttons pinned to the bottom of every phone screen. A homeowner can send a photo of the problem before they ever call.

  2. Recent Projects that prove it.

Each job gets the town, the scope and photos from photo day. On Care or Get Found, text me a new one and it’s up within 2 business days.

  3. A Service Area page in your towns.

Woodway, Hewitt, China Spring, wherever you work, listed in plain words so customers and Google know you’re local.

  4. Your Google profile, cleaned up.

Category, hours, service area, photos and services fixed, so the map listing matches the site. It stays in your name.

  5. A page for the truck, and 50 review cards.

A code on the tailgate opens a page made for people standing in a driveway. The cards open your review page when the job is done.

  6. Photo day at a job site.

I photograph your real work. No stock photos standing in for your crew. Pick a job where the homeowner is fine with photos.

$91per lead, search ads

What a lead costs elsewhere.

Home-service advertisers paid about $91 per lead on search ads (LocaliQ, 2025 benchmarks). A site you own doesn’t bill you per click. That’s a cost comparison, not a promise of calls.

Source: LocaliQ benchmarks, 3,200+ home-service search ad campaigns from April 2024 to March 2025, average cost per lead $90.92. Checked October 4, 2026.

How the 14 days are counted

      Questions

Straight answers to what builders and trades ask before they hire anyone.

      What do I pay today?

Nothing. The mockup is free. You pay 50% after you approve it and the rest when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.

Most of my work comes from referrals. Why do I need a site?

Referrals still look you up before they call. The site is where they check your recent work, the towns you cover and how to reach you. It backs up word of mouth; it doesn’t replace it.

      What happens on photo day?

I come to one current or finished job and photograph the work: the build, the details, the finished rooms. You pick which shots go on the site. Choose a job where the homeowner is fine with photos.

How do new jobs get on the site?

Text me the photos and the town. On Care or Get Found it’s live within 2 business days (up to 30 minutes of edits a month). With no plan, each update is quoted first.

Do you handle my Google Business Profile?

Yes. Job-Ready includes cleanup of the category, hours, service area, photos and services, so the map listing matches the site. The profile stays in your name. Google Business Profile itself is free from Google.

Can I have a storm-claims page, or one page per service?

Yes. Job-Ready has 5 pages, including Recent Projects and Service Area; you choose the other three. Extra pages are $100 each.

Will this get me more calls?

No one honest can promise that, so I don’t. I promise the work: a fast site, a cleaned-up Google profile and, on Get Found, a monthly report of call-button taps, website clicks and direction requests from Google, so you can judge it yourself.

Who owns the site if we stop working together?

You do. Domain, hosting and Google profile are in your name from day one. Stop the monthly plan and the site stays up. If I ever stop doing this work, you get a 60-day handoff to whoever you choose.

      Do you work outside Waco?

Yes, across McLennan County: Woodway, Hewitt, Robinson, China Spring, McGregor, Lorena, Bellmead and nearby. Photo day needs a drive, so it’s easiest close to Waco.

Run a salon or barbershop? Websites for salons and barbers.

      Who you’ll work with

You talk to the person who builds it. I’m Michael. I live in Waco, study at Baylor, and build every site myself. When you send a change, I make it.
